Login Help
If you are having trouble logging in please follow these steps before calling the Help Desk.
- Verify you are typing in your whole username. This is often your full email address so please
refer to the email that specifies your login information
- If you cut and paste your password please ensure you do not include leading or trailing spaces
- If you are still getting an error try typing in the password character by character
- If you are not sure what your password is select the "Recover Password" to have an email sent with
you new password
- If you are still having trouble logging in contact your help support listed in your login information email
