1. What makes InTime Learning DIFFERENT?

InTime Learning engages you when, where and how you are ready to learn. Whether you operate best as an early bird with a cappuccino in hand, or as a night owl with an energy drink; whether you want to learn with others in meetings, alone at your desk, on the train ride home, in the airport waiting room, or at your local coffee shop; whether your brain prefers to engage for small or large periods of time. The repetition of information that is presented in a naturally engaging way makes all the difference in how much of it goes from short-term memory (a good first step) to long-term memory (key to true success).

2. Why use GAMES as a part of learning?

Games are naturally engaging to people. They provide a fun and fast paced environment that demands immediate attention and gives instant feedback and results, allowing you to gradually work your way to yet another more challenging level, honing your skills along the way. All of these factors combined provide the ideal learning environment.

3. How does learning get MEASURED?

InTime learning works through the use of basic memorization techniques that build on one another. The first way that learning is measured is through the game score. Like any game, you can play over and over until your score improves or you get the high score! You choose when to upload the score. If you never upload a score, then it seems like you did not go through the material. ITL also tests its games with different types of information content and keeps track of the effectiveness in short-term and long-term retention by obtaining feedback long after the initial lessons were completed.

4. What does COMPETITION have to do with Learning?

Competition, used in a productive way, provides a forum for you to not only prove your knowledge and skills to yourself, but to challenge yourself and your teammates to stretch them. The competitive forum provided by ITL can not only strengthen the individual, but the entire team and company!
